We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds for all orders. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.
If your returned items meet the above requirements you are welcome to return them to the PO Box address provided. Once received and checked over a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 days. Please include your 5 digit order number in or on the package so we can identify the parcel.
